credit card payments through our website are absolutely secure, managed by paypal. to place orders over the phone, please call 610 283 7333. to pay with a personal check, please call for payment information. PA residents are subject to pay state sales tax (6%) upon checkout. Residents of other states are responsible for paying sales tax directly to their state. returns authorized returns for defective merchandise are accepted within 7 days of receipt for full merchandise credit. if you believe you have received defective merchandise, please call us immediately upon receipt to receive your authorization. special & custom orders are final sales and may not be returned. |

we do not charge an additional fee for UPS ground shipments.
other shipping methods can be accommodated; should you need something shipped to a PO box, or speedier delivery, please contact us to make arrangements.
currently, international shipments are not accommodated.
we wrap each glass piece individually in bubble wrap and ship in double-walled heavy-duty corrugated boxes.
Ample filler provides additional protection during shipment.
breakage
we have an excellent shipping record.
if for any reason your order arrives broken, please immediately photograph the package & breakage, and contact us for a replacement.
replacements for items broken in shipping can only be accommodated with documentation of the broken item AND the package.
